Young Life Retreat at Rockbridge Camp

Over Labor Day Weekend the Hunt family drove about three hours south to Goshen, VA for a retreat with Young Life Committee members and leaders all across the northern Virginia region. The retreat was held at one of the Young Life camps on the east coast – Rockbridge Camp. Check it out here.

Jeff has been chair of the committee for South Arlington Young Life for a few years and so the Hunt family was excited about the opportunity to meet a bunch of other folks involved in Young Life from our area and get inspired by the things God is doing through Young Life to change the lives of teenagers. We had a great time hanging with committee folks, Taylor went swimming, Jeff and I got blobbed (if you don’t know what this is- just wait- Jeff video taped the whole thing and is going to be making a video of it to post!) and all while learning more about who Jesus is and what he is calling us to do through Young Life.
